Nah it wasn’t a hurr hurr dea Nintendo bad joke, it’s a hurr hurr dae Nintendo is once again suing someone joke.

Nintendo suing someone is like Boeing killing a whistleblower, it’s just their thing.

I was expecting this. The company was under an nda to make 3th party stuff of the switch 2. The switch 2 wasnt announced yet, the official name and design wasnt officially revealed yet and yet they showed it off at ces in januari.

Ye, thats a clear violation of the nda.

In April, one day before Nintendo’s Switch 2 presentation, Nintendo alleges that Genki mass-emailed its marketing list and posted on social media that it would hold its own “Direct” presentation, which Nintendo contests is a blatant infringement of its own Nintendo Direct branding.

Fuck off with trying trademark common use words…

I know it’s not the popular opinion, but I’m with Nintendo on this one.

The “Direct” stuff seems nonsense, but if Genki actually broke NDA then it’s their own fault and there should be repercussions.
