I’m curious as to what the legality is here. Can Dr. Pepper demand the tweet be taken town? I suppose they can demand it but can the legally force it or sue the poster?
Seems like clear satire.
Maybe if their name and profile pic were set to try to convince people. As it is, no reasonable person would think this random person online represents doctor pepper, and they would probably lose the lawsuit. They don’t have to win it to cost you lots in lawyer and court fees though.
