to avoid injury in the past, I have cycled through techniques - the tongue circling around the clit, sucking the clit back and forth and loosely, sucking the clit more intensely, etc. but this can take a while to build to orgasm (alternating techniques is less tightly rhythmic, for example)

recently I’ve noticed pressing the tongue broadly and with force on and around the clit is really effective, but the problem I run into is that the cadence and build-up sort of lock me into continuing to do that, often faster and at least with similar or more force

this approach gave me a wound that appeared the next day, on the frenulum of the tongue (the little bridge under the tongue), probably from where my teeth rubbed against it?

obviously the tongue and jaw can feel sore, too - but soreness is fine, while having a wound is more problematic

any tips?

    Gum! Just enough to line your bottom teeth. Can be a barrier. Also, look into teeth night guards. You wouldn’t need the top part. Just bottom.

    I’m going to try your pressure tech. Keep the wife guessing

      For the pressure tech, some of my troubleshooting was figuring out the right height. Getting the surrounding labia is part of the appeal, but you still want most of the force right on the clit, and finding the right part of the clit will vary depending on arousal, sensitivity, etc.

      but yeah, it worked really well once I figured out where to best apply it 😁
