I wouldn’t consider something being excluded as a negative, just more like a venn diagram thing. I think anything where you’re are competing on time is a race so that would include rally, time trials or autocross. Drifting, demolition derby, stunting etc would be motorsports but not racing.

But with those options, your latency is still equivalent to 40fps so it won’t feel any snappier and now you’re introducing artifacts so the image quality is worse. I get upscaling. I don’t get why anyone would ever enable frame gen.
