The article seems to think that because Americans are fundamentally brain wormed ridden monsters that they only way to get them to vote for Dems is to run right down the middle on every issue. Voter’s say they hate Trump’s immigration policy, but they also thought Joe Biden was too lax and let millions of illegals into the country. Well one of those is flatly wrong so maybe as the media you should try not pushing republican talking points?

Further they cite Americans want transpeople to be respected, but don’t want trans girls playing sports with girls. A thing that famously has happened like 3 times as the trans girls always perform incredibly mid. Again, New York Times, maybe try to counter lies rather than just accepting them and then wondering why half the country has the weirdest views possible.

Why do they not like this from trump but always do want the same thing? Because your average American watches shitty tv news and reads the new York Times or worse.
