It makes me wonder how much ad spots cost for that night. Cancel the show, cancel all previous ad spots. Put the show back on, resell spots for double.
I know nothing about advertising, I assume the rate is based on time slot, but I just wouldn’t put it past the network somehow profiting off of this.
