There’s your problem. You need to be a stable genius for any of it to make sense.

Eggs are a staple food and an ingredient in an absolute fuck ton of things. They’re also very nutrient-dense and a major source of protein for vegetarians and people who can’t eat meat. Sure, you can just not buy eggs but that’s not realistic for everyone and it doesn’t stop the price of everything that includes eggs as an ingredient from going up.

• I get to drive my very nice new-to-me car on ~1500 km of fun mountain highways next week
• I’m taking a weaving class in a few weeks
• My grandmother’s 100th birthday is next month
• My best friend is coming to visit for the first time in three years this summer, then I’m flying back with her to spend a couple of weeks in her city

I have never spent more time pretending to be busy than when I’ve had to work in an office. And god help the person who drags me away from what I’m doing every five minutes for “meetings”.
