6·4 months agoI agree on this one. As OP has executive function problems, just the act of writing something will at least create some connections in your brain, even if you never read the notes again.
Having said that: if you adopt any of these ideas and they don’t work for you, feel free to un-adopt them after ~a month of legitimate effort. No sense in wasting your time if it’s not working.
