As a desktop owner, you’re going to have to service your machine at some point. Choosing your own parts will make that part easier.

This feels far too expensive for a beginner setup. You should comparison shop because I think you can get much better specs for that price point.

I still would advocate for building your own desktop. It’s good also for future desktop maintenance and will knock off 100-200 dollars from the price (windows tax and assembling costs).
