The difference between Democrats and Republicans is that Democrats look for long-term, stable corruption while Republicans want to get as much as they can as soon as possible.

Will this become a sign of the times? Will history books a few generations from how tell of how people were so poor they couldn’t even have eggs for Easter?

I suppose that assumes that this is the low point.

Not yet. I did get a comment removed but successfully appealed for saying what citizens do to kings. The appeal was me saying it was in a historical context, of course ;)
