To convert others and proselytize is to erase someone else’s culture and rape their history. What you’re asking advice on is a violence not against someone’s body, but against their very identity and their connections to their family and community.

What you are trying to do is wrong and morally repugnant. You have no right to tell others to replace the culture their family has held for generations, potentially far longer than your metaphysical beliefs have existed.

The attitude that this kind of thing is acceptable in the least has done untold damage to so many cultures across the globe. Erasing histories and ways of life for millions of people. Proselytizing is a monstrous thing. The only reason that it isn’t seen this way by culture at large is that Christians have largely already murdered or assimilated those who would oppose them

I have a Note 20 Ultra (One UI 5.1, Android 13) and I have no complaints about the UI, generally, but I’ve been using Nova Launcher for over a decade, so I might not be the best judge on Samsung’s UI’s over the years.

Battery life is fine. It lasts a day without charging, easily, with a good bit of use, and the power saver modes extend that.

I’d like one of those new folding phones, but the Samsung ones are waaaaay too expensive and getting an Oppo or Huawei device in the US is tricky. Other than that, the newer devices just don’t have enough that’s better or interesting, so I’ll probably keep this until it breaks in a way I can’t fix (replaced the frame, battery and front screen recently for like $120)

If Americans want to use social media apps that empower oppressive authoritarian regimes with horrendous human rights records, there are plenty of good apps for that made right here in the US of A!
