I think if you’re not ready to deal with the possibility of random acts of adventurism, then you are not ready to deal with a revolution. Because what do you think is going to happen as the conditions for a revolution increase? Something like this happening is almost inevitable, and we certainly won’t see revolution without more incidents like this happening. What do you think is going to happen in a revolution? Do you think you can achieve that without somehow inciting the full strength of what the government can do to stop us? Like if we somehow just managed to stop every single individual from ever considering adventurism (which is impossible), that we could do revolution peacefully, or without inciting them to crack down? Like sure, we can agree that what this person did wasn’t well thought out, but this shit is going to happen as conditions worsen. It’s not about not giving them an excuse, they will find an excuse if they want to, even if this didn’t happen.

4·24 days agoof course not, I think it would be really hard to ever justify dropping a nuke, but especially because they specifically chose areas that would have the most civilian and non-military casualties. It was just an atrocity, and it did not end the war, the Soviets did that.
I’m out here annoyed that we’re still so afraid of MSG and refuse to put it in anything, and that it’s exclusion is proudly marked as a positive for products…

I find people here complaining or dunking on “doomers” to be way more annoying and distracting from events than the supposed “doomers” themselves expressing legitimate concerns. Like that person being murdered by isntreal is still bad and something to be upset about whether or not they were accepting of their own potential death. Dunking on “doomers” is like childish high school shit with everything that’s going on right now.
