Tracking in itself is not illegal, think of TVDB, AniList, and MAL. Someone suggested using Kenmei, apparently you can also put where you read each manga.

Apologies for my disappearance. I’ve been on vacation, but when I came back even more stuff has been going down at work and not in a good way. Corporate politics and all of that
I am extremely busy, and extremely close to having a breakdown. My family is there for me, but the stress is piling up so highly that I wake up at night with panic attacks.
Reading manga has almost become a chore. This adds to all the things that I am dealing with since reading has always been my escapism.

Adding quitting smoking on top of that definitely does not help. On the positive, running on the treadmill has become something that helps me a bit. Getting a little bit back in shape, at least.
