Typically around 35 but a little more when I’m on a business trip.

72 hours a week would actually kill me, I think. Do you have a plan to reduce the workload in a certain time?

In Germany (at least where I live) is the same. Water is basically built into my rent, and I don’t think about what I use except from an environmental perspective.
