Baikonur has a shitload of launch pads. Site 31/6 was damaged and is the main operational launch pad for crewed and ISS-bound Soyuz-2 rockets. It should be repairable somewhat quickly (launchpad damage isn’t that uncommon) but means immediately planned launches had to be cancelled. It won’t impact development or anything being talked about here (Soyuz-2 being a tried and true ancient system).

The real kick in the ass would be allocating the funding to re-designate more launchpads for operational crewed use, but who knows if anyone will given how Russia is these days.
