Anything other than that is obviously not okay. The “pre-teen dragon girl” stuff is problematic because it doesn’t fulfill the “adult” requirement. Is it kink? That is a matter of definition, some definitions sets a discrete border between kink and abuse, other definitions allow an overlap.
