yeah, I noticed that skin color and lighting have a multiplicative effect, so that if the scene is dark and the skin is dark, the result is too dark to see, especially if the contrast is boosted in a way that pushes down on the colors more. If this game is moddable (like minecraft or source), customers can make lighting patches and share them with the community.
