Tesla has accused the Canadian government of unlawfully freezing more than $43 million in electric vehicle rebate payments and threatened legal action if the payments are not resumed “immediately.”

      Ban sales at least, force the sale of all Tesla own charge points, and ship all remaining inventory back south at receiver’s expense.

    Let’s not forget it’s because dealers tried to scam the Canadian government to offset their rotting inventory losses as Canadians stopped buying Teslas.
