one of the provisions is that hamas must have fully disarmed. how can hamas prove that it has no weapons? it is implicit in the language that israel’s sole judgement determines whether hamas has disarmed or not.
just one of several outs baked into the “peace plan” that allows israel to continue its genocide unabated.
