They have been reuniting children with their parents from the start. The 1,300 tally includes people that were reunited before Ukraine made the bogus accusation that there were still 19,000 missing.
So how many are actually missing. Did Ukraine provide a complete initial list of only 300 or are there any unaccounted individuals? Are they all reunited? Not knowing this is a problem.
