The war is going great. dean-smile

Yet another horrifying scene which would be plastered all over network news if only it were happening in Russia instead.

It’s not “authoritarianism” if it’s happening in a US ally (or puppet).

The Ukraine war is such a clear example of an elite completely selling out their people. On a Radio war nerd episode a guest made a very good point. Despite Russia comitting the ultimate war crime and declaring war, the choice of Ukraine to meet it head on in a direct confrontation was very surprising. Like what happened behind the scenes for this to happen? And it seems what happened is that the US wanted Ukraine to be it’s proxy and elite were happy to comply, for whatever benefits they got out of selling out their people. The two most evil figures in this from my point of view are Boris Johnson and obviously Zelensky whose descent into pure evil has been gradual but more or less complete at this point. Ukraine had one chance when they had initially pushed back the Russians to negotiate from a strong position. Now Ukraine’s best function is to show other US vassals (Taiwan, Japan and South Korea especially) what their future is going to be if they keep toeing the line and being good little servants to empire.

Despite Russia comitting the ultimate war crime and declaring war, the choice of Ukraine to meet it head on in a direct confrontation was very surprising.

I also wanted to add to this that I am not convinced Russia would have attacked if Ukraine committed to neutrality. Not that it excuses Russia in any way.

And it’s wild that people still don’t know who Igor Kolomoisky is, Ukrainian/ Israeli dual passport holder and billionaire who was one of Azov’s biggest funders but also funded a lot of Zelensky’s movies before getting into politics and funded his presidential campaign

billionaires just get a by for anything they do. Epstein files for example. And that’s the ones that have been exposed. Most billionaires just do their demon shit without any of it even seeing the light of day.

Yeah as much as I hate a guy like Zelensky or all the NATO politicians, it’s the billionaires like Kolomoisky who are truly behind the wheel and deserve as much or more of a spotlight

I think politicians are worse than the billionaires. They are class traitors of the highest order

Like maybe they do less damage than billionaires but I find them more detestable

It’s true that’s a valid point, I more mean that without correctly blaming and targeting billionaires, politicians successfully serve as easily replaceable scapegoats for the outrage people rightfully have

Despite Russia comitting the ultimate war crime and declaring war,

I completely detest this argument, is it acceptable to sit on your hands watching civilians getting shelled by artillery on your border because they rightly voted to leave a fascist country?

Of course Russia’s ruling class is not joining this conflict for the best reasons, but fundamentally it was Ukraine attacking it’s civilians that started this war.

Yeah the russia ukraine war is definitely not a russia bad ukraine good situation. I think Ukraine is more in the wrong if you consider what the goals of a Ukraine victory were (disintegration of the Russian country, capitalist emiseration of its people, theft of its resources by capitalists etc.) I was just saying that as just an axiom.
