    I am no legal expert but the judge seems to have described at least attempted manslaughter.

      Yeah, that is wild - you would think there is also some level of potting in advance that may have occurred.

      Twenty months in jail for this seems ridiculous. The defense lawyers here must be very top notch, the cops must’ve blundered the gathering of evidence, the detectives the investigation, or the prosecutors were inept, maybe a combination of everything.

      If someone was choking/beating my daughter to death and they only got 20 months, I would flip out in the courtroom.
