I had such a weird interaction with mormons many years ago. I was in my local town centre and two American mormons were there, trying to recruit people. I didn’t have much else to do, so when they tried talking to me, I stopped and listened. They must have taken this as me wanting to join because after just a few minutes of me listening without trying to get away, one of them took out a diary, flicked through the pages and asked, “So, when would you like to be baptised?”
