In the US - Measles hit a 33-year high in measles infections so - of course - there's a "race" by Big Pharma to find a treatment for the disease so the winner can cash in.

We have zero need to find a new treatment. We had a ‘treatment’ that fucking worked. Like gangbusters.

We literally eradicated it. But thanks to anti-social westerners, its back. Hellworld sucks.

A huge percentage of the population is medieval age thinking

Not even that. You tell a medieval peasant that you can give them a vaccine that will make their child immune to a disease that killed 3 of their other children, they’d be more than happy to have access to it.

This is just pure capitalist hyper-individualism, not even being able to extend basic empathy to their own children.

Wasn’t this all about stopping Big Pharma from charging $3/dose or whatever
