Bout to see a lot of courts write some rules about who can do what in their courthouses and there’s fuckall the feds can do about that except get arrested.
Too bad the court already gave absolute power to the executive. Curious to see how this turns out.
Courts have authority to set rules in their building. No cell phones, no flip flops, they can even force male attourneys to wear ties. They can easily say that ICE is disrupting the court and say that they are not allowed to conduct “investigations” on court property without written approval by a judge.
They also said that the president can do whatever they want to do and can’t be prosecuted for it. So the rules you are talking about are for everyone except Trump… and arguably anyone operating under his orders.
Last I checked, Trump wasn’t an ICE agent. His immunity isn’t transferable to anyone in the administration.
I did say arguably. I’ll believe otherwise when I see ICE agents and DoJ officials being arrested.

Does anyone remember when Trump used Fox News to get everyone angry and so fear mongered and twitchy about protests, that a mother crossed state lines with her armed child to let them commit their first murder, in some misguided attempt to produce some kind of abominate-patriot?
Now he’s targeted students, dissenters, judges. Man, if the mfn US govt. existed anymore and had any decent leaders left, there would be some sort of US invasion to restore democracy to this 3rd world dictatorship we just saw form this Jan. 😔
