It’s impressive that he’s capable of standing. I often wonder how ripped the legs of someone this obese would be if they instantly dropped all of their fat and loose skin.

That is David Morgan-Hewitt. He was a friend of the queen and manages a fancy hotel, I can’t remember which one. My wife has actually met him and reported he’s even more enormous irl.
He’s actually a quadriplegic with an atrophic body … the bulk of his body is an elaborate machine that helps him to move around.
