It goes hand-in-hand with prison privatization and the increased corporate use of prison slave labor. The goal is essentially to bring back Victorian workhouses while collecting kickbacks.
I saw the other day non-permanent address, or shifting addresses can cause your bank to now close your account and send the balance to your last known address, reporting it to the feds whom then may just classify you as homeless.

Well I assume all the vanlifers I follow on YouTube probably have an addresses. I was thinking of the ones who don’t have YouTube channels and followers. Same with people who literally have jobs but live in their cars.

Then the ones in homes that get deemed unlivable.
