This particular mod is ChucklestheClown who is well known to remove comments that they can’t refute or to protect their buddies.
I thought conservatives were about freedom of speech not censoring people with nitpicky interpretations of the rules.

Your comments were off topic because the post is about the mod [email protected], and nothing to do with Universal Monk. If you think Universal Monk is a PTB then make a post about that. Otherwise this is not the place for you to complain about random users, even if you suspect them of using alts.
If you are insisting it’s relevant then please clearly articulate WHY its relevant. The topic under discussion is whether the mod ChucklestheClown was a PTB for removing OPs comments. How do your removed comments add to that?
So I got into it yesterday with one of Universal Monk’s many alts, accusing them- with evidence- that they are ban evading in other instances. They reported every comment I made, and simultaneously, every comment I made- got removed.
Monk eventually accused me of being “autistic” and the mod in question left that up, while removing my comments that called attention to it. (After my comment was removed, Monk made an edit to remove the accusation, but the mod saw it as I reported it a while before it was changed)
A bit later, that specific mod, and the later on- an admin of the instance and I were in private message where I explained to them that this was UM trolling people- (UM isn’t even a conservative, which is funny because these clowns think they’re protecting one of their own)… neither of them could be bothered to even hear me out.
The point?
That community is a joke. And the instance it’s in is run buy an even bigger one. Just block it and enjoy being better off.

While your comment didn’t deserve to be removed on its own merit, you were in what amounts to a slap fight. The mods were definitely over the line, yes. But, if they’d nuked the thread instead of playing favorites, it would be all YDI.
It’s never a good thing to stir shit, without being prepared to accept the inevitable intervention of a mod or admin. When someone goes into a political or religious space, and joins in a slap fight full personal attacks and off topic nonsense, their comments are going to be removed. You don’t seem to have started the slap fight, but you jumped in.
