there are youtube videos on the best methods for nabbing a pigeon. honestly they are free pets. they arent wild animals. they are feral animals. 100% of pigeons in the west are escaped pets from a long time ago that have bred in the wild. they do really well when kept as pets and live much better, healthier, longer lives.
Have you tried feeding him?
Not yet, I just moved in. I’ll try to see if I can find a feeder that I can install outside my window when I’m back from holidays.
I have had pigeons make nests and lay eggs in my balcony quite often in the past and had to constantly protect them from crows.
