In my opinion, this is awesome. It’s about damn time they added offical Gamecube support to their systems. 3 games at launch is a little weak, but if they support it like the rest of NSO, the library will probably be great within a year or so.
My steam deck has better Gamecube support than the official Nintendo next gen console, let that sink in…
Were you expecting to have every game available from day 1? I’m sure they could, but they are a business and they probably want to make money.

No. It’ll be a digital exclusive for owners of the Legend of Zelda edition Switch 2 (non OLED that comes with a $200 premium) that also have a Nintendo Online subscription. And this, of course, won’t drop until sales of the Switch 2 start to decline.
Bet on it (I hate what Nintendo has become).
