    Wasn’t that study about plants sharing resources through fungi wrong? I think it’s just a public myth at this point, right?

      Most fungi have mutualistic relationships with bacteria. Some also have mutualistic relationships with plant roots.

      Some are straight up predatory. And will eat healthy plants, animals, nematodes, and bacteria.

      Both mutualistic trade and explotation systems exist in the fungi kingdom in other words.
