Really? Been a couple years since I last played it, but I have a good 20 to 30 hours in planet coaster 1, and I don’t remember this feature at all. To be fair, I only played the regular campaign for an hour or to, before going infinite money, virtually riding coasters that for once don’t trigger my fear of heights, and just building nice looking parks, without worrying about all the other stuff…
If I remember correctly the crime is not in the early stages of the first campaigns but comes later on. In sandbox mode you can turn it off. If you have skilled guards they are pretty much good keeping parks clean and you can also add safety cameras. But you will lose some profit.
if you played it at release you may
have missed it, they pulled a similar stunt with PC1 where it was added after release. I just find it weird thay since mechanic was already a thing it wasn’t in the game till now, especially since it seems it was in the demo but was cut prior to release.
Wait, Planet Coaster 2 didn’t have crime, but that was base game in Planet Coaster 1. How did they regress that far?
