I tend to do decently with digital learning, but of course stuff like duolingo sucks for number of reasons. Any good free (preferably open source) apps or websites, or any good resources? I’m also planning to look at my local library, they do have the Paul Noble audiobook. So far I’ve found this: https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/German

Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance :)

On YouTube there is plenty of animation channel that make shorts story for you to listen and repeat after. The episodes are usually sorted by level following the European language level framework (A1-A2 is complete beginner to false beginner)

I like Hallo Deutschschule because they are sometimes quite ironic.

This community is largely for English speakers learning/discussing German. Other languages aren’t outright banned yet, but expect minimal support. If other communities arise for German help in other languages, then those languages will be barred from this community in favor of the new one.
