Initially I had planned to do more pull ups but I was still feeling a bit toasted from yesterday, so I swapped in some curls. I think I’ll leave them in for the duration of the program, as I’ve never done curls in 2.5 years of lifting!

That was my first week of this program, it feels like a pretty good amount of volume and enjoying it so far
