Then if it finds them automatically deploys an alarm and tells people to disperse because they are obviously doing criminal activity, /s. Pittsburgh has been installing them for a few years. They may have fixed their programming because its been a while since I heard one go off but when they were newly installed the were always shouting at loiters who were waiting for buses and people camping in doorways on rainy days
