While there’s been no announcement from Project Moon that I could find, it seems that the Animate line of Sinners plushies is official merch?

You can buy them on Taobao (CN, releases August 26 from 108 Chinese yuan), on Animate Japan (JP, releases June 27 for 1980 Japanese yen), and on the international version of Animate (ships everywhere except Taiwan and Thailand, releases June 27, check for your local currency).

These are pre-orders, and they close on March 20. Don’t wait too long to grab your plushie(s)!
