The title and summary don’t match the article at all. The article is a summary of the historical failures of NATO and it’s fascist leanings.
It’s like they tacked a completely unrelated Trump paragraph at the top of a Nato history article.
The article summary is wrong and doesn’t support the assertion. Trump’s tantrums have driven Europe away from the US and the EU is now buying weapons from EU first even if there are shortcomings. Trump is destroying American hegemony.
